Do you offer electrical test and tag?+

Yes. We can arrange test and tag for eligible portable electrical equipment, covering visual inspection, electrical safety testing, labelling and recording of results in line with the applicable requirements. It can be completed as part of a maintenance visit or booked as a standalone service. Where work extends beyond testing into repairs or replacement of accessible components, it may be referred to an appropriately licensed electrician.

Can you service medical or specialised vending machines?+

Yes. We work with both general-purpose machines and specialised units used in medical, healthcare, harm-reduction and community-service settings. Where equipment holds sensitive products or sits within a controlled facility, all works are carried out in accordance with site access requirements, safety procedures and the approved scope of work.

Will additional repairs need approval first?+

Generally, yes. Additional repairs, replacement parts, specialist services or fabrication works are usually confirmed with you and approved before we proceed, so there are no surprises on scope or cost.

Can every piece of equipment be repaired?+

All equipment is assessed before repair. Parts availability, equipment age, corrosion, water damage and internal electrical or electronic faults can all affect whether a repair is possible. We can't guarantee every machine can be repaired, particularly where parts are obsolete, control boards have failed or manufacturer-authorised servicing is required. Regulated electrical, refrigeration, plumbing or gas work is only completed by licensed personnel or referred to a suitable contractor.

Do you provide preventative maintenance programs?+

Yes. Routine servicing helps catch developing faults before they cause failures, safety concerns or downtime. Programs are tailored to the equipment type, how often it is used, the operating environment and manufacturer recommendations.
